Job Description

・Responsible for accounting tasks, including AP, AR, PV, RV, IV, Tax Invoices, Billing Notes, Purchase Orders, and Receipts.
・Coordinate with accounting and audit firms regarding GL control, financial statement reviews, and related matters.
・Receive billing documents from vendors.
・Prepare payment vouchers and process monthly payments.
・Assist the Assistant Manager in preparing financial reports for the headquarters in Japan and managing budgets.
・Prepare withholding tax documents.
・Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

Must:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting
- Good command of English (Business level)
