Position Overview
Responsibilities Responsible for maintaining the accounts of various entities
- Maintain full set of accounts
- Proper and timely accounting transactions in Xero accounting system including processing of AP/AR, receipts and accounting entries
- TT online banking and issue cheques
- Monthly payroll & CPF submission
- Bank reconciliations, staff expense claim & supplier payments
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsible for corporate tax and quarterly GST submission
- Knowledge of simple corporate secretarial duties such as GST filing, New company name check, Corp Pass matters
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and claims
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning and copying of documents etc.
