Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations of the Company.
Manage and maintain a full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
Establish, implement and maintain accounting systems, finance policies, internal controls and financial reporting procedures.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, management reports and other finance-related reports for management review.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing within stipulated deadlines.
