Position Overview
Responsibilities - Maintain complete and accurate books for the Singapore entity, in accordance with US GAAP and Singapore statutory requirements
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities; support SOX compliance
- Manage treasury, fixed asset accounting, and procure-to-pay processes
- Prepare Singapore statutory financial statements, corporate income tax computations, and GST filings
- Monitor and track compliance with EDB/EDBI incentive programs
Requirements - 6–10+ years of accounting experience in a multinational technology or semiconductor environment
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- Strong knowledge of Singapore statutory reporting, tax, and audit requirements
- Hands‑on experience with well-recognized accounting systems is highly preferred.
