Responsibilities:

+ Manages and supports the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.

+ Oversees daily billing, collections, A/R, and A/P activities.

+ Supports the Controller and ensures deadlines and quality standards are met.

+ Creates a positive, team-focused work environment and coordinates staff matters with HR.

+ Maintains and improves accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
