The Accounting Manager reports to the Accounting Director and is responsible for leading and developing the operational accounting team. This role is also responsible for the identification and implementation of different business initiatives and process improvements. The role is located at NVR’s headquarters in Reston, VA. Primary Responsibilities

+ Coach and mentor Accounting team members in order to maximize contributions to the business and provide a meaningful employee experience.

+ Coordinate and execute the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting.
