Senior Analyst, Real Estate Asset Management

Location: Vancouver Real Estate office (on-site).

Purpose of the Role

This role provides an opportunity to join the Real Estate Finance Team and manage accounting functions and financial analyses of limited partnership assets in the U.S. and Canada. You will support the Real Estate Finance Management Team, identify opportunities to improve systems and processes, and contribute to the team’s success in a rapidly growing environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Complete and review month‑end close of property and fund‑level financials across Real Estate Limited Partnerships.
• Perform monthly NAV calculations and coordinate inputs from development, acquisition, and asset management teams.
• Prepare and review financial reporting for real estate entities, including tax reporting (GST) and property‑level financials.
