Our client is the development of unique residential and commercial properties which are situated in the prime location of Bangkok metropolis.
Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing and managing overall accounting functions such as AP/AR/GL etc.Preparing financial statements and managing external audits to ensure compliance with PAEs standards.Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding taxes and reporting requirements.Ensuring that accounting records are accurate and up to date by conducting audits of financial transactions.Managing accounting staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.Preparing the annual budgeting and forecasting (Revenue, cost, and cash flow projection).Coordinating with external auditors.
