Job Responsibilities
- Lead heavy consolidation of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reports
- Manage accounting for acquisitions, including purchase price allocation and valuation
- Create, update, and document accounting policies
- Ensure compliance with BIR and SEC requirements, including timely submissions
Job Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelorβs degree in Accountancy and a CPA license.
- Strong experience in consolidation
- Experience in audit of a listed company
- Experience creating and maintaining accounting policies
- Solid understanding of BIR and SEC regulations
