Position Overview
Responsibilities: Must be able to maintain full set of accounts Help and manage an accounts department of 15 staffs Preparation of financial, budgets and statements Cash flow planning and management Credit control, risk management and treasury functions Ensure compliance with Company policies and internal and external compliance Should have experience in Payroll workings and HR Reports. Report on the financial implications of key operational decisions Any other duties as and when assigned Requirements: Possess degree in Finance and/or Accountancy with at least 5 years in similar capacity Ability to work independently and under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Strong leadership and organizational capabilities Responsible, meticulous, self-motivated and committed to meet deadlines Competent with Financial and Microsoft software Able to work in Loyang vicinity and on alternate Sat. Payroll and HR experience will be an advantage
