Overview

+ Immediate need for a short-term, hands-on consultant to support a major financial cleanup initiative

+ Title is flexible (Accounting Manager / Consultant level) — priority is deep Yardi expertise

+ Environment includes commercial real estate operations with a complex, multi-entity structure

Project Scope / Key Objectives

+ Lead data and financial cleanup within Yardi

+ Assess and remediate issues across:

+ General ledger

+ Entity structures

+ Financial reporting outputs

+ Clean up and organize investor data and reporting

+ Review and validate distribution activity, including:

+ Historical distributions

+ Capital flows and movement tracking

+ Support setup or optimization of investor portal

+ Identify and correct process gaps, inconsistencies, and control issues
