Our client, a growing public BioTech company in Marlborough, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting professional with strong technical accounting knowledge, NetSuite expertise, and public company experience to make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

+ Manage general ledger activity, account reconciliations, and journal entries.

+ Support preparation of internal and external financial statements and related disclosures.

+ Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.
