Job Summary
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective internal controls. This role manages the accounting team, coordinates audits, and supports management in strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations.
- Monitor general ledger accounts, reconcile balances, and correct discrepancies.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Provide management with insights on financial performance and cost control.
