Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting and financial reporting team.
- Lead month-end close processes and ensure journal entry accuracy.
- Review business transactions for GAAP compliance.
- Manage Accounts Payable and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review reconciliations and Accounts Receivable responses.
- Build presentation-ready decks for senior leadership.
- Gather data, present, and explain financial statement variances.
- Analyze operations, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.
- Respond to ad hoc financial and operational analysis requests.
