A high-growth, private equity–backed environmental services company is adding an Accounting Manager to support continued expansion following a recent international acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing general accounting and multi-entity consolidations for a $250M+ platform, with exposure to acquisitions, process improvements, and an upcoming ERP implementation.


What You’ll Do:

+ Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

+ Oversee GL, accruals, payroll accounting, and reconciliations

+ Manage multi-entity consolidations (U.S. GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus)

+ Oversee intercompany accounting and eliminations

+ Strengthen internal controls in a PE-backed environment
