About the Role
Our Hamilton based client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, strengthen internal controls, and lead a high-performing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate monthly financial reporting, efficient AP processing, and strong audit readiness within a dynamic and service-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead core financial functions including Accounts Payable/Receivable, Accounting, Inventory Management, and Reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close and ensure accurate financial statements and automated reporting.
- Strengthen internal controls, ensure compliance, and support internal and external audits.
- Manage AR and AP operations including vendor payments, reimbursements, EFTs, wires, and corporate credit card programs.
