Position Overview
1. Financial Reporting & General Ledger
Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements for both the bakery and equipment divisions.
Coordinate the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
2. Cost Accounting & Inventory Control
Perform regular cost-benefit analysis for bakery production, tracking over-proofing waste and production alignment to minimize loss.
Oversee inventory management for premium kitchen equipment, ensuring accurate valuation and depreciation schedules.
Monitor cash shortages and charges, ensuring Team Leaders properly discuss these with staff.
