Description
The Accounting Manager oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains compliance with GAAP. This role manages a small team, supervises month-end close, prepares financial statements, and supports budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; payroll certification preferred.
+ 3–7 years of payroll experience, with management experience preferred.
+ Strong knowledge of payroll systems, laws, and regulations.
+ Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday).
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
