This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Lipa. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. Daily tasks include managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA or relevant certification is a plus
Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
