Key Duties and Responsibilities - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in line with Owners Association (OA) and Master Community requirements.
- Establish and oversee robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to Owners Committees, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes for diverse HOA environments.
- Approve and monitor service charge invoices, collections, and allocations.
