Job Description :

Report to: CFO

• Manage all activities relating to Accounting & control, Tax & audit

• Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial report (HFM, CDP, Statutory Accounts, Tax Reports).
• Control the daily transactions; ensure the monthly and quarterly bank reconciliation activities are performed timely and accurately.
• Support the overall BU goals and objectives by collaborating with other department managers.
• Develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Use ERP to set up AAI & DMAAI to link Sales, logistics & procurement & inventories to finance module
• Coordinate with IT department to solve ERP issues, and develop reports to improve quality of accounting work and records
• Responsible for training - couching to new and existing staff; evaluating staff’ performance.
