We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Customer Service specialist to join a fully remote team supporting commercial insurance operations in Birmingham, Alabama. This contract to possible permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who can combine strong customer support abilities with practical accounting knowledge in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The person in this role will help resolve payment-related questions, support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, and work closely with internal teams to keep financial inquiries moving efficiently. This position offers a hybrid schedule with two days in the office.
