Robert Half Permanent Placement is partnering with an established law firm in downtown Buffalo, NY on their search for an Accounting Coordinator. This is an in-office position with a starting wage of $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and includes both a comprehensive benefits package and a 35-hour work week!


Responsibilities include but not limited to



+ Support the accounting team at a respected law firm by maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with financial reporting in compliance with GAAP standards

+ Prepare and post general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain supporting documentation to ensure accuracy of financial data

+ Perform manual monthly bank reconciliations for multiple high-activity accounts using Excel and bank exports; identifying and resolving discrepancies in cash receipts and payments
