Description
Robert Half is seeking an Interim Director of Accounting / Interim Controller for a large hospitality organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role requires a director-level accounting leader who is not afraid to get into the weeds. The interim leader will provide hands-on support to correct historical accounting issues, stabilize the close process, and strengthen accounting operations — while partnering closely with senior leadership. This engagement is intended to stabilize and transition, not to be a long-term permanent role.


Key Responsibilities for the Director / Controller consulting resource:

+ Provide interim accounting leadership while remaining actively involved in execution

+ Assist various departments that may include, but are not limited to: General Ledger, Payroll, Compliance, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
