We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk / DMV Title Clerk who thrives in a structured, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in accuracy and compliance.
 What You’ll Do
Motor Vehicle / Title Processing
+ Process new and used vehicle registrations
+ Prepare tax and title documents accurately
+ Submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner


Compliance & Verification
+ Verify all funds are collected before processing titles
+ Ensure lienholders are properly paid off
+ Maintain compliance with all state and dealership requirements


Reporting & Reconciliation
+ Prepare monthly reports on outstanding title work
