Description
We are in search of a Bookkeeper / Accounting Support Specialist for a contract-to-possible permanent opportunity. This role will support the accounting team with general accounting functions.
The ideal candidate will have prior bookkeeping or general accounting experience and be comfortable assisting with data gathering, data entry, and financial record support. This role will be fully onsite 5 days per week.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist with general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
+ Gather and organize financial and operational data for ERP implementation
+ Perform accurate data entry and maintain accounting records
+ Support the accounting team during system preparation and transition activities
+ Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed
