Accounting Specialist

Leading company in the logistics industry is seeking an accounting specialist to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting functions and with exposure to the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

8AM to 5PM

Looking for someone who has worked on the SS Lines service contracts, customer quotes and customer billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer contracts to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Work with sales team, customer success team, and external customers
• Prepare and review customer invoices
• Update CRM system
• Process credit card payments
• Apply cash receipts to customer accounts
• Assist with processing commissions
• Assist in providing audit support for revenue transactions
• Research and resolve billing issues
