We are looking for a detail-oriented PART TIME Accounting Clerk to support daily financial operations for a long-term contract opportunity in Eliot, Maine. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling accounts payable, cash application activity, and routine accounting tasks with accuracy and consistency. The position will play an important role in maintaining organized records and supporting ongoing finance processes.
Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable activities by reviewing documentation, entering data accurately, and helping ensure timely payments.
• Apply daily cash receipts, record cash activity, and complete regular cash balancing tasks to keep financial records current.
