This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience supporting day-to-day accounting operations, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The Accounting Clerk will assist with a variety of clerical and accounting tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
+ Enter financial data into accounting systems with accuracy
+ Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and account records
+ Assist with billing, collections, and payment processing
+ Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documentation
+ Prepare and post journal entries as needed
+ Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
+ Respond to vendor and customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
