Position Overview
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support vendor credit application activities for a construction-focused organization in Belmont, New Hampshire. This Contract position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing documentation with accuracy and follow-through. The person in this role will help keep application workflows moving by coordinating with vendors and internal partners, maintaining clear records, and monitoring progress through spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare completed vendor credit application packages and route them to the Finance team for review and next-step processing.
• Send finalized documentation back to vendors promptly and confirm that records are updated after each submission.
