Job Description
- Prepare financial statements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control company and project-related costs to ensure spending is in line with the approved budget.
- Handle and monitor payment processes, including reviewing supporting documents and ensuring transactions comply with internal procedures and company policies.
- Supervise and provide guidance regarding accounting transactions related to construction project sites.
- Coordinate with site teams and internal departments regarding payment requests, cost allocation, and financial reporting.
- Support internal control activities by monitoring financial transactions and minimizing operational and financial risks.
- Potentially support project accounting activities and project closing processes in the future, including cost reconciliation and project financial reporting.
- Assist management in financial analysis and reporting for decision-making purposes.
