Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Process reimbursement forms and reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Prepare bank deposits, journal, general ledger postings and statements
- Enter financial transactions into internal database
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Provide assistance and support to company personnel
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Management, Accounting, or any Business related courses
- Competency in Microsoft Office, Databases, and accounting software
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and standards
