Description
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations for an organization in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This fully onsite opportunity is a Long-term Contract position expected to run for up to 9 months, offering the chance to contribute across billing, payables, receivables, and account reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid accounting support experience, and confidence working with QuickBooks and Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and payment entries accurately while helping track and resolve claims.
• Prepare and apply credit memos, ensuring records remain current and properly documented.
