Job description:

• Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial files and records.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to finance as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
