Key Responsibilities
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
+ Answer phones, handle emails, and serve as a point of contact
+ Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
+ Maintain files, records, and office supplies
+ Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic administrative projects
+ Support the team with ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
+ 1-3+ years of bookkeeping experience
+ QuickBooks experience required
+ Strong communication and organizational skills
