Introduction:
Accounting Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all aspects of general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
-Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Board of Investment (BOI) accounting requirements.
-Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and various accounting reports.
-Lead, mentor, and develop a team of at least two accounting professionals.
-Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
-Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
-A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
-Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising an accounting team.
