Position Overview
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and analysis while supporting the company’s overall financial health.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Handle month-end activities and prepare timely financial reports.
Compile and analyze financial data for general ledger entries and transactions.
Prepare and review budgets, revenues, expenses, payroll, and invoices.
Monitor revenue and expenditure trends, recommend budget levels, and enforce expenditure controls.
Provide clarity on billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors, and clients.
Compliance & Coordination
Establish and maintain accounting procedures and internal controls.
Coordinate with government agencies (BIR, SSS, DTI, PhilHealth, Municipal Taxation, etc.) for statutory requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
