Description
We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to support daily finance activities for an on-site team in Aliquippa. This contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing routine accounting tasks with collaborative support during monthly close. The role offers part-time hours of approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling while contributing to a fast-moving office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and distribute customer invoices and account statements accurately and on schedule.
• Apply incoming customer payments to the correct accounts and maintain accurate daily records.
• Examine vendor bills for completeness, proper coding, and required approvals before processing.
