Position Overview

 Berg Industrial Service Inc. installs and services industrial thermal process control systems for a broad range of industries and specialized applications around the world. For more than 45 years, Berg continues to satisfy customers with 5,000 chilling systems in more than 30 industries across 50 countries.
 We currently have a contract opportunity at our Mississauga, ON head office and service facility for an Accounting Accounts Payable AP Clerk
  RESPONSIBILITIES 
 Verifies invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), packing lists and receiving reports to ensure the prices and quantity are correct
 Prepares and processes check runs, electronic payments on a regular basis
 Mail checks and files all AP related documents
 Reconciles vendor statements against records on file and resolve any discrepancies
 Maintains vendor’s files and responds to internal and external inquiries
