About the Role

Throne Properties is seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant with experience in UAE real estate accounting, VAT compliance, and hands‑on knowledge of Zoho Books.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts using Zoho Books
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Handle UAE VAT returns and FTA compliance
• Manage rental income, service charges, deposits, and reconciliations
• Support RERA‑related financial requirements and audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Certifications will advantage)
• 2–4 years of UAE accounting experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Zoho Books
• Proficiency in Excel
