About the role
Reporting to the Group Reporting Manager, this is a broad and hands-on role supporting multiple business units across a multi-entity healthcare environment.
You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end processes, and contributing to continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of variances Preparation of monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow) with meaningful variance analysis Delivery of three-way financial modelling and reporting alignment Managing month-end processes, including journals, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations Supporting GST and PAYE processes and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Assisting with budge...
