Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Responsible for monthly general ledger close activities.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Substantiate financial transactions and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
• Provide analysis to business partners.
• Produce timely and accurate financial and other management reports.
• Continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process.
• Keep up to date with financial laws, rules and regulations and internal policies.
• Calculate royalty payments per assigned vendor using data provided by supervisor or obtained through internal reports.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Solid analytical, problem solving and financial troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures.
