Position Overview
Purpose Statement: The Accountant Sr will support and partner with team members in overseeing, processing and reviewing a variety of information and reports to ensure the accurate financial results and reporting accuracy of assets and liabilities for the organization. Will be involved in financial analysis, reporting, and will have leadership responsibilities.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Prepare and complete financial transactions (AR/AP/GL/Fixed Assets/Interco/Address Book/Banking etc.) timely and accurately according to accounting processes and procedures. Respond and resolve operational issues arise and ensure stakeholders' requirements are met.Analyze general ledger accounts for accuracy, extraordinary or unusual items.Reconcile general ledger accounts to comply with SOX requirements.Prepare weekly and month end journal entries to ensure accurate account balances.Mentor and support accounting resources to ensure global...
