Overview Job Scope: Oversee the organisation’s finance & admin operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, ensure compliance and accuracy.
Job Scope & Key Responsibilities - Financial Reporting & Analysis: Manage daily finance operations, ensure accuracy and timely month-end and year-end closing, ensure compliance with accounting standards. Provide monthly variance analysis & present financial performance to management.
- Perform monthly balance sheet schedules (accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, etc.) and journal entries, adjustments, etc.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and ensure supplier and customer ledgers are reconciled.
- Provide FS schedules, supporting documents and liaise with accounting firm for Financial Statements finalisation to ensure timely submission to authorities on yearly basis.
