Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Handle full sets of accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Perform bookkeeping and promptly maintain accounting records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and general ledger balances.
- Process payments and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with GST submissions, corporate tax matters, and statutory reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities.
- Support year-end closing and audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
