Accountant Responsibilities - Maintain a full set of accounts
- Perform costing and manufacturing cost analysis
- Ensure proper accounting records are maintained and procedures adhered to
- Review and file GST submissions in compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordinate annual insurance renewals and maintain proper records of insurance policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations
- Handle quarterly GST filing and other tax compliances
- Manage corporate tax matters
- Liaise with banks on the facilities, and financial matters
- Prepare information and documents required by auditors, resolve audit queries, obtain audit confirmations, and conduct year‑end stock take
- Assist in preparing the Budget, Annual Report and Financial Statements
- Handle any other ad‑hoc duties or tasks assigned
