Job Summary
Support trade operations and financial processes by ensuring data accuracy, monitoring compliance, coordinating with external parties, and assisting management with operational initiatives and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy and integrity of static data, accounting records, and general ledger entries. Support daily trade operations including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation within required deadlines. Monitor trade activities and operational controls, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies and exceptions. Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and other external service providers to confirm transactions and resolve operational issues. Monitor compliance with agreements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalate breaches or risks when identified.
