Prepare and generate related invoices and credit notes timely
Monitor and collect accounts receivable and payments and maintain billing system
Appreciate, understand, and execute the entire chain of account end to end (i.e. from shippers invoicing/payment to customer invoicing/payments till Audit)
Liaise with insurance agencies for marine/cargo insurance.
Establish relationship with overseas team members / Bankers & traders.
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Accounts / Maritime / International Business or International Trade
Minimum 3 years experience in similar capacity
Accounting knowledge in maritime industry preferred
Ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with ability to work independently and well-organised
