Core Responsibilities - Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations and project accounting processes.
- Monitor and analyze actual project costs against estimated budgets.
- Allocate overheads, equipment costs, and labor expenses to proper cost centers.
- Review, verify, and process subcontractor payment certificates (progress billings).
- Prepare client progress billings based on approved site percentages.
- Track client collections, advance payment deductions, and retention moneys.
- Manage weekly and monthly project cash flow forecasting for liquidity.
