The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping, taxation, VAT compliance, and financial reporting, along with hands-on experience using accounting software and tools.
This role demands accuracy, strong analytical abilities, and a good understanding of real estate financial processes, including property-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and follow-up on payments, especially from tenants and clients.
Oversee VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
